How will the funding be spent?

The funding will be used to recruit and hire qualified passionate Trainers qualified in life/Psychology. It will allow us to run A WAY OUT workshops. We will have the ability reach out to females and their family within the community. It will be used to build participants capability in several focus areas: Self awareness, emotional and social intelligence,workplace employment,life skills, confidence, goal setting and attitude change. Assist in their strategy towards changing, A Way out

How will the project be delivered?

Our trainers, coaches and advocators will facility the program via workshops which will run over 4 weeks full-time. The training and mentoring program will build participants capability in several focused areas self- awareness , confidence, attitude,goals, life skills. Understanding their own thoughts attitude and beliefs and how they may be limiting their success. Assisting them in finding a way out of their disadvantage life. A family centered focus project for females of all back grounds.

How many people will directly benefit from this project?

50 directly and up to 200 family and friends

How will you measure the impact of this project?

Impact of the project is determined by the client's goals and outcome . Surveys will be conducted for each activity or program. Attendance is kept and satisfaction is measured. By positive changes in behavior, engagement and attitudes including an increase in community engagement and change of life style. Clients feed back during, intermediate and final completion.

How will the project fit this year's theme of ‘Connect, Grow, Build, Belong’?

Connecting with females and their family who are at risk or a disadvantage with in the community. Grow and enhance participants, hope, self awareness,transform mind set and lifestyle. Build on their skills and confidence , enhance their future. The project will focus on developing life skills and support plans for the transition to change. They will gain a sense of belonging with continuous mentoring and encouraged in our support to find a way out. Focus on the whole person.

The Associations main objectives are Educating Women within the community via self worth programs, provide education to Empower, Inspire, Motivate, Protect and Guide. To promote and encourage Women within the community to be self-reliant rational and the ability to make independent decisions to change their life.To promote awareness within the community through Mentoring of Women whom have experienced Domestic Violence either physically or emotionally and in addition after Substance abuse, grief or other significant life events.To provide encouragement for Women to become Entrepreneurs and in addition to assist
them from Welfare to Work.
