Survey
Before you begin
Thank you for taking the time to contribute to the development of South Australia’s first Biodiversity Act.
This survey covers 9 topics and will take between 10 - 30 minutes to complete depending on the level of detail you wish to provide. The questions are primarily multiple choice and will ask you to consider your level of support for a series of opportunities for the Biodiversity Act. You are welcome to skip sections you do not wish to comment on. The survey also provides space to identify and explain any alternative ideas or provide further feedback on why you have responded a certain way.
For those who are new to biodiversity and legislation:
- There are short summaries within the survey to provide context to the questions.
- You can also learn more by reading the discussion paper.
For those who work in a relevant sector or have a strong understanding of biodiversity and/or legislation:
- We recommend you read the discussion paper before or while completing the survey.
- Additional technical information is available in our FAQs.
Remember, nature is an important component of all our lives. We welcome and appreciate the variety of views, unique knowledge and perspectives that will be brought to this consultation. We will consider all responses when drafting the legislation.
Please note: survey questions relate to topics 2-10 identified in the discussion paper. No questions will be asked about topic 1.
