With this in mind we want to ensure that the Blue Book provides parents and caregivers with useful and relevant information and advice to raise happy and healthy children.

My Health and Development Record, more commonly known as the Blue Book, is provided to almost 20,000 South Australian families each year. It is a resource for parents and caregivers to record their child’s health and development milestones, includes immunisation information, and a help section that includes organisations that can be contacted for information, support and advice in the early years.
