The Northern Eyre Health Care Project will trial a new way of delivering selected healthcare services to your region. The aim is that everybody in the Northern Eyre Peninsula region (including the towns of Streaky Bay, Elliston, Wudinna, Kimba, Cleve and Cowell) has the best access to as many services as possible.
Different initiatives will make up the trial, including:
- coordinated delivery of selected healthcare services across the Northern Eyre Peninsula
- upgraded telehealth facilities
- upskilling of medical practice staff
The trial will help provide you with the best healthcare available from a broad team of providers and intends to make the region more supportive and attractive to healthcare professionals.
All data collected will be de-identified, kept confidential and used responsibly by the Northern Eyre Peninsula Health Alliance.
