Sharing Donor Stories - Updating the Transplantation and Anatomy Act 1983
Have your say on the proposed changes to s39 of the South Australian Transplantation and Anatomy Act 1983 (the Act). These changes are aimed at making it easier for the families of donors (and transplant recipients) who have died, to share their stories about their loved one’s donation or transplant. It is important that families feel comfortable taking part in activities to acknowledge or commemorate their deceased loved one or raising awareness of organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
You are invited to complete the following survey to provide your feedback on the proposed changes. The survey should only take about 5-10 minutes of your time.
This feedback survey closes on 16/08/2024.
Please note that all feedback provided will be considered to inform the government’s consideration of the proposed changes. All data will be kept confidential in line with the South Australian Government's Information Privacy Principles.
