Before you begin 

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the draft Biodiversity Bill 2025. 

The survey follows the structure of the Bill and highlights the section of the Bill it relates to. The explanatory guide provides more information and details what has been retained from existing Acts, what has been changed or modified, and what is new. 

This survey will take between 10 - 30 minutes to complete depending on the level of detail you wish to provide. The questions are multiple choice and will ask you to consider your level of support for key elements of the draft Bill. You are welcome to skip sections you do not wish to comment on. 

We welcome and appreciate the variety of views, unique knowledge and perspectives that will be brought to this consultation. We will consider all responses when finalising the Bill.
