Update: draft Festival Plaza Code Amendment

Consultation on the draft Festival Plaza Code Amendment was open for consultation from 12 September to 24 October 2024.

We received a total of 87 submissions from state government, industry, advocacy groups and community during the consultation and we are now considering all feedback in finalising the code amendment.
