Consultation outcome

In accordance with section 31(5) of the Local Government Act 1999 (the Act), the Boundaries Commission has concluded its investigations and has published its Town of Gawler Boundary Change Inquiry Report on its website. The Commission’s Inquiry Report and Appendix 1 to the Commission’s Inquiry Report - the Investigator’s Report, may be found here: Town of Gawler Boundary Change Inquiry

Also as required by section 31(5) of the Act, the Boundaries Commission will provide a copy of the Inquiry Report to the Minister for Local Government. The Minister will consider the Commission’s Inquiry Report and recommendations and make the final decision whether the boundary proposal proceeds or does not proceed.
