Are there any known Aboriginal sites within the Application Areas?
The Gillman Eastern Parade Aboriginal burial site 6628-8168 is located within the Application Area. The Applicant intends to manage site 6628-8168, and any other heritage that may exist within the Application Area, in accordance with any conditions imposed by authorisations under the Act, if granted, and a cultural heritage management plan (CHMP). The CHMP is currently being developed in consultation with the Kaurna Yerta Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC.

Will there be a public meeting to discuss this application?
No public meeting is scheduled for this application. However, AAR will endeavour to contact Traditional Owners and other interested Aboriginal parties during the consultation period.
