Consultation on proposed changes to the River Murray Salinity Zoning Policy has now closed. Based on valuable feedback from the community, changes to the River Murray Salinity Zoning Policy are now being considered to support sustainable irrigation development along the River Murray whilst helping maintain river salinity at levels suitable for agriculture, the environment and human water supplies.
