Before you begin

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on how we should structure the Koala Plates grants program.

This survey should take between 5 – 10 minutes to complete depending on the level of detail you wish to provide. 

The questions are primarily multiple choice and ask you to consider your preferred grant model, along with funding priorities and other key criteria. You are welcome to skip questions you do not wish to comment on. 

Please read the discussion paper before completing the survey. 

We welcome and appreciate the variety of views and perspectives that will be brought to this consultation. We will consider all responses when finalising the grants program.
