Submissions will be made publicly available on this website after the consultation period has closed, unless you clearly indicate that your submission is confidential. RevenueSA representatives may liaise with you in relation to your submission to clarify your views to ensure our understanding.

Submissions will remain publicly available after the conclusion of the consultation period on the YouSAy website.

Legal consideration

RevenueSA will assess every submission prior to its publication and we will not publish material that contravenes the YourSAy Community guidelines or is beyond the scope of this consultation. Our documents, including confidential submissions, are subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1991 which gives individuals the legally enforceable right to access documents created and held by the government, subject to some restrictions.
