Lifetime Support Scheme Rules 2022 approved

Thank you for your interest in the Lifetime Support Authority and the Lifetime Support Scheme rules review project.

The purpose of the LSS Rules is to provide clear guidelines on eligibility and the funding of treatment, care and support services for people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents in South Australia.

As part of the consultation process undertaken on the 14 December 2021 and 8 April 2022, your feedback has informed the final version of the LSS Rules.

The LSS Rules 2022 and are now in operation and apply to all eligibility, treatment, care and support decisions from 16 September 2022.

The amended version of the LSS Rules is also available for viewing on the Lifetime Support Authority web page.
