Exploration licence period

Opportunity:
1. Allow for discreet exploration licence period extensions past 18 years, subject to rigorous eligibility and compliance criteria, to promote late-stage exploration.
2. Expand eligibility for retention leases to support additional advanced exploration activities.

Opportunity:
Reduce the maximum exploration licence area to drive productivity and ground turnover.

Exploration ground release

Opportunity:
Introduce new mechanisms to provide more flexibility in the Exploration Release Area process.
