Update 31 July 2024

Public consultation on the proposed redevelopment occurred during July to August 2023.

177 submissions were received during this period and were provided to the applicant to respond to.

A response document, prepared by the applicant to respond to the submissions is currently being reviewed. Once finalised, it will be publicly released along with the submissions upon which it has been prepared.

The State Planning Commission will then complete an assessment report with a recommendation made to the Minister for Planning, who is the decision maker.
