If you’re a licensed plumber, an apprentice, or you employ an apprentice, we want to hear about your experiences dealing with government departments throughout the apprenticeship and licensing process.

We want to know how the current system really works so that we can identify opportunities to streamline the experiences of South Australian plumbers obtaining a licence – from the time they enter an apprenticeship, to the time they become fully licensed.

This project was created on the recommendation of the industry-led Red Tape Reduction Steering Committee, and the plumbing industry is a key partner.

If you would like to help make changes that will affect real people, please take some time to tell us about your experiences using the current process, and how you’d like to see it change.
