Consultation Outcome

Thank you for helping to shape the future of preventive health in South Australia through your involvement in the consultation process on the draft Preventive Health SA Bill 2024.

A Consultation Findings Report is now available, summarising what we heard as part of this consultation process.

Preventive Health SA has used feedback from consultation to strengthen the Bill in a number of areas.

It is anticipated that the Bill will be introduced to Parliament later this year.

We look forward to continuing to work collaboratively to improve the health and wellbeing of South Australians.
