Registration option determined - December 2023
Following consideration of the information obtained during consultation, the government has determined who will need to be registered in phase one of a proposed mandatory registration scheme for professional engineers in South Australia.
Phase one will require registration of structural and fire safety engineers working on buildings that meet the Medium, High and Very High Building Complexity criteria specified in the National Construction Code.
