Consultation update

Thank you to those who completed the survey on the SA Water Regulatory Determination 2024 - Water Retail Code and Monitoring and Evaluating Performance Framework Issues Paper.

A summary of the survey responses and submissions to the Issues Paper have been published on the Commission's website.

The Commission will consider the stakeholder feedback that has been received in preparing its Draft Determination for the SA Water Regulatory Determination 2024 – 2028 (SAWRD24), which will be published for consultation in January 2024. A Final Determination will be published in June 2024.
