Bill passed Parliament

Consultation has concluded, with the Statutes Amendment (Child Sexual Abuse) Bill passed by both houses of State Parliament in December 2021.

The Statutes Amendment (Child Sexual Abuse) Act will come into effect on 1 June 2022.
