The Government of South Australia is seeking to deliver the best possible service to the people of South Australia through a proposed Charter of Public Service. The charter will aim to give people a clearer understanding of the quality of service they can expect and what to do if those expectations are not met. The charter will be made available to all people coming into contact with government.
