I Work for SA Action Planning Survey

Share your thoughts and unpack some key themes from our agency’s I Work for SA Survey results

What's being decided?

Based on the results of the I Work for SA Survey, we’re developing the DIS I Work for SA Action Plan.

As well as holding a series of in-person workshops, we want to give everyone the opportunity to contribute to the Action Plan and we hope that you will take the time to tell us your thoughts through this survey.

Even if you’ve attended a workshop, if you have more to say please complete the survey and add your ideas.

Background

The I Work for SA Survey is conducted every two years across the State Government by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Service Employment (OCPSE). This year the survey was carried out from May to July, and 90 percent of all DIS staff responded.

As well as being used to develop policy and initiatives across government, we are able as an agency to use the survey results to look at which areas are our priority and should receive the most attention over the next couple of years, and we want your help to make sure we get those priorities right.

What are the next steps?

Once the in-person workshops are complete, we will leave this survey open for a short while longer.

Then we will consider your feedback to create the draft DIS I Work for SA Action Plan, which will be released later this year, and will be available on the DIS intranet for comment.
