Consultation update

Management plan amendment adopted.

Thank you for your interest in the Amendment to Parks of Western and Central Kangaroo Island Management Plan 2022.

Consultation on the draft amendment was open from 11 December 2023 to 11 March 2024. Following the public consultation period, a review of submissions was undertaken. A final management plan amendment was prepared and presented to the Minister for Climate, Environment and Water for consideration.

The Parks and Western and Central Kangaroo Island Management Plan Amendment 2024 has now been adopted.
