What's being decided?
OCPSE is engaging with public sector and non-government stakeholders to:
- understand how we can deliver more efficient and effective recruitment processes, and
- leverage existing resources for better recruitment outcomes for the sector.
Your feedback will inform the development of new and improved recruitment resources to be developed by our office in 2024.
Background
Recruitment is one of the most important human resources processes we undertake, and it is critical to ensure the public sector is attracting the best candidates.
Many of the recruitment processes in place across the sector could be improved to make them more efficient and effective, to ensure the sector remains competitive in the labour market and has the right people to serve our community.
