Consultation on the draft Joint Amendment commences and runs for 6-weeks:
- Thursday 4 September to Thursday 16 October 2025.
Online community information session
The community is invited to hear about the state government's proposal to rezone land at Sellicks Beach and update the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan through a Joint Amendment to establish a new master planned community, with up to 1700 houses.
This event will be held online Thursday 18 September, 10 to 11 am.

In-person drop-in community information session
The community is invited to hear about the state government's proposal to rezone land at Sellicks Beach and update the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan through a Joint Amendment to establish a new master planned community, with up to 1700 houses.
Drop-in any time between 5 pm and 7 pm to chat with planners from the Department for Housing and Urban Development team to find out more and ask questions about the draft Sellicks Beach Growth Area Joint Amendment.
