External Consultation SAPOL Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2025 -2029
How accessible and inclusive is South Australia Police (SAPOL) for people living with disability?
SAPOL has been working hard to make its services more accessible and inclusive.
But we know we can do more, and we need your help to do better.
SAPOL wants to hear your ideas about: what we do well to assist people with disabilities, access our services; and how inclusive we are in delivering our services.
We also want to hear your ideas about how we can improve. By improving access we mean making the environments, services, and information we provide easy for everyone to understand and use. Improving inclusion is about making sure everyone feels valued and respected.
If you have a story (an experience) to tell us about SAPOL, we want to hear it.
- We would like to hear stories of great service and positive experiences.
- We would also like to hear stories of where you feel you have experienced poor service, poor attitudes, or about barriers you have encountered.
We would like you to tell us how you think we can improve.
This form should not take more than a few minutes to fill in, but you can take as long as you like. If there’s not enough room to tell the story, you can add a separate page.
Please don’t include identifying information. The stories or information you give us will be kept in confidence.
