Now is the chance to have your say on how government and the not-for-profit community sector can work together to meet the needs of South Australians.

The Stronger Together Charter helps achieve the best possible policy and service delivery outcomes in health and community services to improve the lives of South Australians. The Charter outlines the goals and priorities that the Government of South Australia and the not-for-profit sector have in common, as well as agreed ways of working together to achieve those goals. It’s important to us that the people who participate in and benefit from the activities and services provided have the opportunity to contribute ideas on what should be included in the Stronger Together Charter.

Stronger Together, first developed in 2004, was last updated in 2009. It is now time to consult wider than ever before, and we need your help to update the Charter to ensure it is a relatable and realistic document for all.

This is a chance for the community to have a direct influence on this key piece of government policy, and we are eager to hear your suggestions and ideas.

You can download the Stronger Together Consultation Draft (PDF, 157KB) and provide comments on what has been proposed.

You may also want to download the accompanying Stronger Together Explanatory Notes (PDF, 271KB). This provides further context and key questions that we would specifically like feedback on.
