Wabma Kadarbu Mound Springs Conservation Park Draft Management Plan now available
The draft management plan for Wabma Kadarbu Mound Springs Conservation Park was released for public consultation over a three month period to facilitate community input into the development of the final plan. Consultation closed on 29 February 2016. The final Wabma Kadarbu Mound Springs Conservation Park Management Plan has now been adopted by the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation.

Ngaut Ngaut Conservation Park Management Plan now available
The draft management plan for Ngaut Ngaut Conservation Park was released for public consultation over a three month period to facilitate community input into the development of the final plan. Consultation closed on 22 May 2017. The final Ngaut Ngaut Conservation Park Management Plan has now been adopted by the Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation.

The draft management plan for Simpson Desert Conservation Park and Simpson Desert Regional Reserve was released for public consultation over a three month period to facilitate community input into the development of the final plan. Consultation closed on 10 November 2017 and the plan is now in the final stages of development.
Once finalised, the Simpson Desert Conservation Park and Regional Reserve Management Plan, together with a detailed analysis of submissions received on the draft plan, will be forwarded to the Parks and Wilderness Council for their consideration and advice.

The draft management plan for Witjira National Park was released for public consultation over a three month period to facilitate community input into the development of the final plan. Consultation closed on 9 June 2017 and the plan is now in the final stages of development.
Once finalised, the Witjira National Park Management Plan, together with a detailed analysis of submissions received on the draft plan, will be forwarded to the Parks and Wilderness Council for their consideration and advice.

Selected Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Management Plan Amendments 2017
The South Australian Government is committed to engaging more people with our natural spaces. Encouraging more people to visit parks and establish a connection with nature has significant health benefits for the community, and facilitates ongoing custodianship of our parks into the future.
The Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources would like to thank everyone for their comments on the draft amendments. The draft amendments generated a great deal of interest, and your comments have helped to shape the final amendments.
The amendments to the management plans for Hallett Cove and Marino Conservation Parks, Morialta and Black Hill Conservation Parks, Anstey Hill Recreation Park, and Onkaparinga River Reserve have now been adopted.
